Hi John !! Sorry, I got your e mail and got a little busy. I was actually in the UK with my family vacationing !!
I hope all is well. Here is my thought: Early records of Robert Grandy list him as Robert "Grundy".. I have been recently linked with some DNA matches of some Grundy's, actually 27 marker matches and some 12's as well. One I communicated with said his family was from the Lancashire area. The Parish records from Lancashire are all on line and it is not only loaded with "Grundy's" but many Roberts that fit well within the Robert Grandy of Roxbury timeline.
I know your thoughts are we emanate from the Poole UK Grandy's. Would like to get your thoughts on the Lancashire "Grundy" theory.
One again John hope all is well and sorry for the delay getting back to you !!
Regards,
Gary
