The names I have are John (Jan) Gozdowski, b. 24 June, 1875, Poznan, Poland, m. 17 April 1895 to Frances Andrysiak (b. 15 Jan 1877). She died 28 Aug 1910 in Chicago, IL and he married Hattie Winters (Jadwinga Zimma) 8 Feb 1911.*
John and Frances had 5 children - Leo John, b. 9 Apr 1897, Marie (Mary) Frances, b. 5 Dec 1899, Edward Frank b. 22 Oct 1901, Lucy, b. 8 Nov 1904 and Clara Dorothy, b. 2 June 1910.
*John Hattie had 4 children, Harry, b. 4 July 1912, Mabel, Adeline Anselma, b. 30 Apr 1918 and Eugene Richard, b. 23 Apr 1921.
I have many unanswered questions about this family.
Have been corresponding with Leo Gozdowski from Toledo, OH, where a lot of this extended family went.
