A James Gorden possibly a relative was a pallbearer at funeral of Caroline's son's wife in 1910. It may be spelled Gordon. His last name is spelled Gorden in the obituary. Need info on him and parentage and family of my 2g grandmother Eliza Gorden born in NJ 1806 died 1880 Bordentown/Allentown and that area of NJ. She married John Newell 1804-1849. They had 11 children: George, Caroline married William Burk(e), Wiliam, Robert Augustus, Hiram, Enoch, twins Edward and Henry died by 2 yrs of age, Emma died under 3 yrs old, Edwin and John HENRY. Her last name is spelled Gorden on back of a photo of her, some census records list her as Elizabeth.
