Looking for info. on a Catherine Giza. She was
married to Andrew Madura. They originally had
14 children, but only 5 lived. I have no info.
on her as of yet, so I need to find out her
birth date, and where she was born and the
name of her parents. Thank-you

Gieza, Pacansky, Mogz
Hi there! My grandfather was Bronislaw Gieza, born 5 Oct 1913. Married 5 Sept 1938 to Mary Agnes Pacansky. His brother was Edward, born 4 Nov 1916 and died 21 June 1990. His sister is Jean Mogz married to Joseph who passed away recently. Jean lives in Lackawanna, NY. Their parents were John and Anna Gieza from Amsterdam, NY. They moved to Erie, PA for awhile then back to New York, I think. If you have any information on John and Anna Gieza, would you pass it along. I am at a loss!!!

Hello Robert!
I'm happy to hear that the Gieza name is found in the UK!
About a relation...it all depends on where your Gieza family came from in Poland.
The Gieza family that I am researching comes from a small village that is today located in Ukraine. The village is Czeremosznia (Cheremoshnia in transliterated Ukrainian).
Does this sound familiar?
Of course, I have found the Gieza name from different areas of Poland during my research.
