My last name is also Giglio. At this point of my early search of my roots, my father's family stems from Palermo, Colabria Italy. My great grandfather was Vincezo b1876 & he married Maria Didato, b1882. They came to America, New York in early 1900s & had 4 children....one of the children was my grandfather, Robert Albert.
As I track info, I'll let you know if you'll do the same.
Thanks

I am the son of Margaret's brother Joseph Orlesh. I have just begun the process of searching for info on the Alesci family. I think that is the correct spelling based on our visit to Sicily 4 yrs ago. The village is Guiliana. If you have any info on that side of the family pls let me know. How are your grandparents give them my best.
