Hi, Actually I can look up all those names because I was given a Girard geneology by my Father Kenneth. I never really bothered w/it but now Im going to check . I will post to you again in the next few days & let you know.
I do know the report goes all the way back to atleast the 1700's! Take Care Denise

Hi:

Instead of simply listing names, I wish you would identify the parents (incl. the maiden name of the wife) and who the children married for more guidance.

Also indicate who is associated with which city.

Hi Denyse:

I am most interested in your Girard data particularly if they are the Girard from Upper NY state or nearby. I have a substantial database of the Quebec GIrard (descendants of Joachim for the time being) and will expand it to include the other lineages soon.

Do you know the title of the source?

I am familiar with the Girard of Detroit by Father Dennison.

Hi Kelly,

My geneology report given to me by a very distant cousin (Mark Girard) goes back to 1816. I thought it went further . The oldest relative is Joseph Girard ( he changed it from Jerome)
When he came over from Quebec.
I dont know if this helps . Let me know ~ Denise
