Hi cousin Mark!

My dad is doing okay. He doesn't use the computer like he use to anymore. Only occasionally I think. He has had a rough year. He was diagnosed w/ cirrosis of the liver a few months back & has definitely gotten weaker over the past few months. He still is at home though & gets along pretty good. It really is amazing that he is able to still do all he can. My sister lives close by so she sees him a few times a week & me & my other sis Dale go & help once a week. He gets meals on wheels so that is a huge help.
I can let him know you are asking for him & if there is any info you want me to pass on I'd be glad to. I think it's great that you have done so much of the Girard history! Thanks it really is very interesting!
Well, take care & thanks for checking in!!

Blessings! Denise Merullo(Girard)

I am of the Jeanpierre surname..Joseph and Pauline Jeanpierre Show up in the 1870 ..BUT!..the first three children were baptised in the Catholic church in Keeseville ,Essex,NY 1869,1872,1874 ;all three with the surname GIRARD...There are no other records thet I can find with Joseph and Pauline Jeanpierre available prior to 1870...and it has me purely stumped...
