I would suggest you contact Jean-Marie Matteau at Matteau@sympatico.ca. Very informative re: Girards. I do know that my ggrandmother Vitaline and her siblings were all married at St. Valentine. Vitaline was born in 1854 and died in Connecticut in 1926.
