Hi Muniz:

You should have started a new thread instead of linking you query to a rather different one. You would get a greater exposure that way.

Let me see what I could find for you.

Hi:

Using the BMS2000 database in Québec (which does incl. marriages in Ottawa generally), I cannot find the marriage record of Peter and Rosiline (Rosalie). Would Blodah be: BLONDEAU?

I have an Henry Girard married to Mildred Forman in Montréal in 1926 but this does not appear to be the one you are looking for.

Give me an idea of the date of marriage of Henry.

Jean-Marie

My documents show Peter born in Troy NY...He later moved to St Albans VT... My Gr Grandmothers marriage license states Rosalie Blodah was her mother...Did at one point find the name Blondeau. and Blondin...but I am sticking with marriage license...Now...My Mary had a brother Henry, and 2 sisters, Matilda and Jenny...My Peter Girard died Oct. 2, 1902 in St Albans, VT where Jenny was still living...(Mrs J.G Burke)...Henry, Mary and Matilda lived in Hartford CT and Rosalie joined them after Peter died...Will check here to see what I can find...Do know there were several Peter Girards...some also in Canada Catch you later and Thank you

I am Also A gr gr grandchild of Rosalie....I am a gr grandson of Henry. Henry moved to Hartford and was living with his sister Matilda girard-paquette. she was married to alfred. Henry married Mary o. perry...in 1910 they had 3 children when Rosalie was living with them. subsequently she eventually moved to New york and lived with Matilda... I read your post about Peter but Rosalie's birth seems to be a mystery...according to the census records it shows her father was from canada and her mother was from Vermont....
