I am trying to figure out my great-great grandfather (Cornelius Jill)'s surname in Italy before he changed it to Jill. The family has a million suggestions but no real answer. Cornelius married Faustina Albanese and had 5 children (all came to America 1880s) - Robert, Angela (Angelina), Joseph, Teresa and Frank (born in Brooklyn).

If this sounds familiar, please email me Thanks!

I am related to the Gioielli's. My Grandmother on my mothers side, was named Angelina Gioielli. My Grandparents were born and raised in Potenza Italy, which is right around the ankle of the boot of Italy. My Grandfather Was Ruggiero Gioielli. They had a son named Joseph Gioielli, and he was the youngest of 4 children. The other children that they had was Dominque (Dick) Gioielli, and the other son was Jimmy Gioielli , and they had one daughter, Rose Gioielli, who was my mother !!!! Jimmy is the only living child that is left. If any of this interests you please let me know and contact me at sexyminxster1@yahoo.com
