I looking for information anyone would have on a William Scott Gilpin, born about 1870, in Elkton MD. There were alot of Gilpin's living in Elkton at the time and I found a William Partridge Gilpin born about the same year... William Scott was also married to Sarah Glass. Thanks for your help!
