On the 1920 census for Springfield,Precint 8, Sangamon, Ill.
Robert McLemore age 42
Carrie..wife age 36
Marion...age 9
Maxine ..age 7
Violet...age 1/12
If this is your McLemore family the ACTUAL census has North Carolina as the birth place for Robert's mother.
I noticed the transcribed census had Mississipi as the birth place for the father and mother...
That is why I try to see the actual census records when I can....errors happen often!

Also on the Draft Card for Robert Sidney McLemore it stated that he was born Oct. 5, 1877 in Mississipi
His draft card mentions he had lost a foot...There is a copy of his draft card at Ancestry.com...
