Henry Gewecke and Rose were my grandparents. I am the son of Theodore H. Gewecke. Henry and Elsie were my Uncle and Aunt and all have passed. I was raised in Glenview Il., and we moved to Milledgeville, GA in 1958. I have two sisters, Dorothy (in WI) and Laura (in MD). I currently live in FL.

Nice to connect! I believe we're cousins, distant ones.:)

I'm researching the descendants of John "Henry" Boesenberg (1772-1852) and Louise Mary Magars (1772-1818)of Hannover, Germany.

Rose Munstermann Gewecke is John "Henry" Boesenberg's great-granddaughter. Her grandfather, Henry Ferdinand Boesenberg was brother of my great-great-great grandfather, George Adolph Boesenberg. They came to Cook County in the early 1840s.

Would love to share the connecting information I have ... If you send a note to me via my ancestry profile (BrittonSeattle) I'll send my personal email address.

Gordon -- I'm probably your cousin. My father was Robert W. You also had two aunts, Margaret Scheer and Georgia Schubert. Grandparents were Christ Gewecke and Albertina Broescher. I seem to remember you had siblings Tony and Jimmy and more.
