Bill died in 1969 and Madeline in 1975...in Delmar,
NY. Madeline's mother was a MILLER.

Both were originally from Jersey Shore, Penn. area..... Looking for any living relatives.

There may be an old "MILLER" Bible out there that Bill and Madeline had that chronicles our MILLER ancestors.. Bible may be close to 200 years old. Interested in the info contained therein.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hi--
My grandmother was Ada Getgen and was born in Jersey Shore, 1902 I believe. She died in the late 1960's. It looks like William was her cousin (from what I can tell). I don't really have much that isnt already on the site, but the Getgen line goes back quite a ways. I seem to remember running across the name Miller in my research, but I have not had contact with any family in that area since I was a young child...it's been a few years.

Bill

Hi There Bill..

While I was NOT able to find the 200 year old Miller Bible....I did find one from the 1870s.....belonging to my G-Grandmother Emma (SOLLARS) MILLER.....and this Bible belongs to a GETGEN I found in New York State.

Still looking for the old MILLER Bible..........
