Bess Gerhardt
Bess B. Gerhardt, 73, of 1016 Forest St., died Saturday in a Reno hospital.
A native of Maysville, Ky., she had resided in Reno since 1947. Mrs. Gerhardt had been a dietician and school teacher for several years in Springfield, Ohio, and also taught in the Clark County, Nev. school system.
She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Reno.
Surviving are: her husband, David, of Reno; a son, Kenneth, of Reno; a daughter Mrs. Frank W. Green, of Reno; grandchildren Richard Green, David, and Lori Gerhardt, all of Reno; one great-grandchild.
The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Ross Burke and Knoebl Mortuary. The Rev. John J. Schmidt will officiate.
Cremation will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
