I am looking for information about William Gordon Ford and his children. He was born Nov 12, 1817, in Smith Co., TN; married Margaret B. George, Aug 05, 1845, Washington Co., TX. She was born in 1828, Holmes Co., MS.

They moved to Jackson Co., TX by 1850 and are also in the 1860 census. After that, I don't know what became of the family. Their children, based on census records, were Zachra W Ford, b. 1846; Mary Ann Ford, b. 1849; and W. G. Ford, Jr., b. 1858. There is also a Texana A Ford, b. 1845 in the household in 1860.
