I'm also related thru this line. Clifton Gentry was my grgrgr grandfather. He was a brother to Polly. My great grandmother lived with Clifton and Louisa after her father and new wife moved to Blaine Co, Okla Territory. Her name was Lily Belle White who later married Jacob Oakley "Oke" Rinearson. Clifton married Louisa Baker though her marraige bond says Guthrie. Her grandfather was Nathaniel Guthrie.

Lily had my dad write down some of the boggs/cornelison/gillespie information. From those notes, I've found all kinds of information. From what my dad tells me she had several binders of information. She went to live with the other son and we've no idea what happened to them.
Lily lived with my grandparents for many years. So my Dad grew up being around her. I never got to meet her.

For many years, I've wondered if there is a connection between Clifton Gentry and Richard Gentry who married Jane Harris. I do know that Nathaniel's daughter,Nancy, was Richard's 2nd wife. Nathaniel Guthrie and Richard Gentry served in Rev War together and even filled for their pensions at the same time.
