I am married to John Clark Gemar. He is the son of William (Bill)Max Gemar and Geraldine (Dina)Gemar. Both parents whereabouts are unknown. They lived in Oklahoma/Kansas area. It was rumored that Bill was married before and had children. Does anyone out there know anything about these folks? Thanks.

I know exactly who you are talking about. I just found him, William Max Gemar, living in San Diego, CA. Dina died a few years ago. Bill's address is: 5343 W. Monroe Ave 606
San Diego, CA 92115
Please contact me by e-mail if you get this message. I also have an e-mail address for him. From: Donna Huth

I think Dina (Geraldine Gemar, formerly Geraldine Buhler) will be sad (and somewhat surprised) to find out she's dead, since I just had lunch with her a few weeks ago. True, she's having a difficult time getting around, but she's not ready for the ol' pine box just yet.

Guess you don't remember me writing to you in the past and returning the articles to you for Bill. The German vase and the medal on the chair. When I was searching for Bill I said that Dina was dead. I'm sorry about that, but that is what Bill told me many years ago. I was disappointed in the way this search turned out. My apologizes to your mother. Donna (Clark) Huth

Donna,
My apologies to you! I thought your name was familiar, but I didn't make the connection when I first saw it and replied to the post.

I wasn't originally aware that this board was even here, stumbling across it only while Googling the family name. It's interesting what you can find on the 'net.

Regards,
Lenny
