Robert N. "Bob" Geidenberger, age 95, of Heath, Ohio (Licking County) passed away January 21, 2010 at his residence.
He was born January 10, 1915 in Newark, Ohio to the late Charles W. and Lillian Z. (Jeffers) Geidenberger.
Mr. Geidenberger operated Geidenberger's Automotive from 1946 to 1952. He was a shop foreman for Truck Trailer Inc. and B & L Motor Freight from 1952 until his retirement in 1975.
Mr. Geidenberger was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and was also a member of Acme Lodge #554 F & AM, 32nd degree Mason of the Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus, Licking County Scottish Rite Club, Aladdin Temple Shrine, Licking County Shrine Club, Teheran Grotto, was a life member of the Newark Maennerchor and the VFW, and was a charter member of the Heath Lion's Club and the Licking County Old Timer's Athletic Association.
He was the last of his immediate family.
He is survived by a niece, Beth Ann Grigsby of Florida and a nephew, James R. Fluharty of Arizona; seven great-nieces and eight great-nephews.
In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by his wife of fifty-five years, Virginia F. (Sherman) Geidenberger on March 28, 1992; and by five brothers; one sister; one niece and one nephew.
At his request no service or calling hours will be observed.
