I am very interested in info you may have on my g-grandfather August's family. I have always been told and also have found his naturalization papers stating he was from Baden, Germany. However, Baden Baden was always mentioned. Hofweir is a new town to me! Could you give me direction to search further. I am excited to have more info. I do have quite a bit of information on August's family, his brother and sister, but there are many gaps. Cannot tie him to anyone in MO. Would like to know when he came to MO and what he did there! I will share with pleasure if there is any information I have of interest to you.
Thank you for any suggestions and also your interest in helping me.

gail, please contact me via email. I have considerable info on the Gegg family 1600-present in Germany, but know of noone in my background in Canada. Will look up your "Elizabeth" in my data, later, probably after the holidays, if you contact me then.

Gegg family, Xmas holidays are over, and
it's Easter! I'd love to know what you
know about the Geggs. This Ancestry web
seems so complicated, I want to add to my
"tree" and can't figure out how to do it!

Hi, I just saw the discussion of the Geggs and the Brischles does anyone know how Linus Brischle is related to Vincent Brischle? Thanks, Jeanne Bornefeld P. S. I have an old letter by Fritz Eisenmann, son of Peter, who is the youngest son of Joseph Eisenmann and his wife, Sophia Brischle. In it he mentions how the Geggs, Eisenmanns, Hogenmillers and others came in the country in New Jersey where Felix Hogenmiller taught school...
