I saw that a bunch of people have information about WILLIAM GAYLORD'S wife MARY WALTER, listing her father as HENRY WALTER and her mother as ANN ANTHONY. I can't find one family tree that offers any citations proving that link. I think the original offering came from someone in SAMUEL GAYLORD'S (2nd. son of William) line, and I would love to get some verification. There is a baptism record for MARY WALTER (2 Jul 1587) from Bruton, Somerset, England, here on ancestry, and most of those people who list Henry Walter as Mary's dad have a link to that record for Mary's date of birth or baptism. But the record lists Mary's dad's name as NICHOLAS WALTER, not Henry, and there is no mother listed at all.
