Walter Gavan and Anna M. Wannemacher
I am looking for any possible living descendants or relatives of Walter and Anna M. Gavan, whose maiden name was Wannemacher. The parents of Anna M. Gavan are Charles Wannemacher and Mary Kolesza who lived in the Kearny, New Jersey area.
I believe Walter Gavan lived from January 25, 1908 to July 11, 1975, and died in East Orange, New Jersey. His wife Anna Gavan lived from August 29, 1899 to April 14, 1974 and died in Neptune, New Jersey. Both Walter and Anna are buried in Glendale Cemetery, located in Bloomfied, Essex County, New Jersey.
The brothers and sisters of Anna Gavan include:
1. Grace Wannemacher (Abt. Sep 1890 - 13 May 1965) 2. Fredericka W. Wannemacher (02 Sep 1892 - 20 Dec 1969) 3. Sylvanus Lee Wannemacher (03 Mar 1895 - 05 Oct 1943) 4. Viola Wannemacher (Sep 1897 - 08 Mar 1958) 5. Lillian Wannemacher (03 Dec 1901 - 24 Mar 1917) 6. Harry Wannemacher (Abt. 1905 - ?) 7. Charles Wannemacher (Abt. 1907 - ?) 8. Norman Wannemacher (Abt. 1909 - 29 Mar 1957)
Anna's sister Viola married a man named Harry P. Gemmill (02 Jan 1899 - 04 Nov 1972) and I believe they had a son named Paul H. Gemmill (Abt. 1921 - 03 Jul 1998) who died in West Milford, New Jersey.
I believe Viola and Harry Gemmill both died in Greenville, South Carolina. Anna's other sister Grace married a man with the last name Thompson.
If anyone sees any connection to the Walter and Anna Gavan family, I would love to hear from you!

Re: Walter Gavan and Anna M. Wannemacher
Hello Stephen,
Thanks for your message. I'm sorry to say at this time, I do not have any further information on the Gavan family. What specific information on the Gavan family are you looking for?
Walter Gavan was married to Anna Wannemacher who in turn was a first cousin of my grandmother. I don't think Walter and Anna had any children.
