I am trying to find any information on the family of James S. Gautier and Bessie Thomas. James, son of Robert Woodson Gautier and Emily Jane Gaston, was born abt. 1868 in the Odessa, Lafayette Co., MO, area. Bessie was born abt. 1871 in the same area, and was the daughter of William W. Thomas and Frances E. Bailey. James and Bessie married in her home December 24, 1895. Their children were: Beulah, Lily, Pauline, Margret/Margaret (born abt. 1902), Woodson (born abt. 1905), Frances E. (born abt. 1908), Emogene (born abt. 1913), and Wilma E. (born abt. 1915).
