OBITUARIES.
Versa Mae Garner.
ADVANCE---Versa Mae Garner, 82, died Friday, Jan. 28, 1994, at her home in Bell City.
She was born Oct. 30, 1911 at Bell City, daughter of George Madison Garner and Ada Bell Summers Garner.
She had worked 42 years at the Pittsburg Area Saw Co., in St. Louis, before retiring.
She was a member of the Southern Baptist Church at Bell City.
She is survived by three brothers, H. J. Garner, Jackson, Ermer J. Garner of Bloomfield and Eugene G. Garner of Bell City; and a sister, Estelle Jennings, Bell City.
She was preceded in death by a sister.
Service will be held today at Southern Baptist Church in Bell City at 2 p.m., with Rev. Ted Stone officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Grove.
Friends may call at the Morgan Funeral Home in Advance after 10 a.m. today, until 1:30 p.m. when the body will be moved to the church at Bell City.
