Hi! I am pretty sure that "your" Elizabeth Joan Garner is my mother-in-law! She was born in 1932 in Louisiana and moved to Kansas when she was less than one-year-old. She is still living in Topeka, Kansas. My husband and I are DYING to find out more about Elizabeth's birth father (Lonnie), as he and her mother (Pauline) separated and we know very little about that side of our family. How are you related to Elizabeth?
