My name is Bob Smith. My mother was Mary Granfield of West Hartford, Connecticut, USA. Her dad was Francis Michael Granfield born October 12, 1892 in Holyoke, MA borders on Springfield. I don't know his parents and just have records showing him in an orphanage from a very early age. He married a Margaret McMahon who emigrated to the US from County Clare around 1906. Anyone have info would be great.
