"Richard's horse was trapped in a marsh, where he was slain by one of Rhys Thomas' men, a commoner named Wyllyam Gardynyr".

Sir Wyllyam Gardynyr married Helen Tudor, daughter of Jasper Tudor, brother to King Henry VII. His son was Stephen Gardynyr, Lord Chancellor of England, first cousin to King Henry VIII.

I believe I am a descendant of this Gardner family. I've seen paintings of Stephen Gardiner, and also pictures of his descendants and I see a resemblence.

Are there any descendants of Sir William Gardner and this Gardner family?
