Has anyone taken DNA tests?

My Gardners had taken some DNA tests and it came out as R1b1b2a1a2d3, U152 L2+, which came from the Alps of northern Italy, Switzerland, and France.

I believe I am a descendant of Sir Osborn Gardner, Knight, Lord of the Manor of Lancashire, England.

Are there any "proven" descendants of this knight who have taken DNA tests?
