I am Glen Gantzer Jim Gantzer's son living in North Carolina. I have two sons and a daughter. My oldest Son Mike is in Iraq as a contractor and my youngest is Mark and lives in Ft Worth and works for the government. My daughter is Stormi and a Jr in high school and is a member of the JrROTC.

Yes, I would like to know about the reunion. I have a cousin Fred Gantzer in ND. He is the son of my mother's brother Tom. Her other brothers were Joe, Bill, and Jack. Her sisters were Rose, Loretta, Olga, Alice, Theresa. She had a brother Leo who died as a child. Now all of these people are gone. There was a cousin Grace Gantzer who kept clippings on everyone, but I learned she died several years ago. I am hoping her brother George had a child who held on to those clippings.

I have a great aunt Helen Gantzer.. on my fathers side of the family who lives in west virginia, and had many brothers (Fred, my grandfather) and sisters... We have a gantzer reunion every year. Email me if you'd like to know more.. i cant think of the names of her siblings off the top of my head other than Fred or Rose.. but I can ask my father as well.

No. My great-uncle George lived in WV, though he did have several children. He died after 1972.

died in 1932,he had 5 children.

Carol i don't understand,i haven't complained to any server in association with you and spam .Do you remember when i tried to send an e mail card directly from the card page and it was blocked and identified by your server as spam? You told me Larry tried to send an anniversary e mail card and it never showed up it was around the same time as mine was sent and i tried to "re route" through my e mail address .I think you should contact your server and see what is going on especially after all the messages we have sent back and forth since May or so .Should i contact them also? My mother had an Uncle George Gantzer who was a real character! He had a sister Grace. Uncle George lived near Roney's Point or Triadelphia, WV outside of Wheeling. Could it be the same?

I wrote you a long message and lost it in cyberspace. I spent a great deal of time with your grandmother--I am the Carol in the picture you have. Believe me, I am no longer slim! I would love to talk to you about the Gantzers. Quite a colorful bunch. I met your mom at Uncle Alva's funeral. Your stepmother was Anna, right? Of the four sons Loretta had, each went into a different branch of the service. I even remember the layout of their house.

My dad was Joe Gantzer, who died in Pennsylvania.My Sister Joan is living in Mississippi, and brother Jerry is living in New Kensington,Pa. I am living in Ocala, Florida. I have two sons Larry Joe in NM and Glen in NC, and a grand daughter in NC, that is Stormi Gantzer 9 years old. I vaguely remember you as a little girl living in the bank building appartment,by Mom Gantzer.I have heard from Tom Gantzer's son Freddy Gantzer who is living in 'Minot, North Dakota. Wonderful to hear from you ! Thank you so much.I am afraid due to illness i have not been on line for a little while now. I can not write much tonight but will very soon. I am sorry this is an illness that has pretty much turned my life upside down. Tiny was dad's oldest brother,i think his first name is Harold.There is Jack ,and dad's nickname was "tick" ,then a brother Richard .As i said we really do not know eachother very well at all. The only brother left now is Richard.I am sorry but i am unable to continue for now.I will write again .Thank you so much for giving me a glance into my past,believe me it feel's GREAT.I have a brother Clifford jr. and a brother Scotty ,he passed away 2 year's ago xmas time and i miss him so very much,he was only 43, then after me is a sister Karen,and little Mary who passed away at the age of 2 during surgery, i sure do miss her too.The youngest is Constance we have to call her Susie wich is her middle name because she did not like the name Constance or Connie and would not answer to it . Hello,I am looking for Helen Gantzer ,sister of my Gandmother Loretta Gantzer- Holmes married to Alva Holmes I have photo from 1950 of Helen ,her mom reffered to only as "Mom Gantzer"no name,and Helen's daughter Carol ,She look's about 5 or so. My father is Clifford Holmes his mom is Loretta.
