I am looking for any info on: Margareth Gajan Fischer (husband Florian Fischer), Ida Gajan McGlone, Anna Gajan, Johann (John), & Josef (Joseph) Gajan. They are siblings born in Austria Hungary from about 1864 to about 1882. Margareth & daughter Helen came to the US in 1903, & the others came around 1904 & settled in Baltimore, Maryland. Florian came in 1901. Any info would be helpful.
Thanks!
Sue

Hello. I am also trying to find information on the Gajan/Gyan/Gyan family. My great great great grandfather was named Michael Gyan. Some of his children changed the name to Guyan. Michael was born in May 1848 in Austria/Hungary. His wife was Elizabeth, born July 1858 in Austria/Hungary. They were married about 1875 and immigrated to the USA on the Wieland arriving 15 Jun 1882. The record I found from Castle Garden listed them as Gajans (Michael, Elizabeth, and an infant Michael). They moved to Johnstown Pa.

My Josef's wife was Josefa (Josephine) and they had two sons - Jonos (John) & Antal (Anthony/Tony). John was married to Anna and Tony was married to Rose Stefanelli and their daughter is Joan. Does any of this match what you have?
