Hi Helen
Really pleased to get your message, it's actually my brother in law who is the Gachette, I am researching for him, you must be Jimmy's daughter is that right? and Claudine is the daughter of Valerie? according to Trevor Gachette (my Brother in law) there has allways been a closed door aabout Graham Gachette, Trevor had told me about his marriage to Angelina Kate Huggins and that they lived in Wales, but I cannot find any record of any Gachettes anywhere in the UK, I assume it was Claudine who posted the original message that I replied to with great excitement as I thought I had found a link! is Claudine's grandmother still alive? There does seem to be a link in Dominica several Gachettes are or have been there, so I will be trying to find out more when I next go to the PRO office. it seems that between us neither of us has much to go on do we, Trevors Mum is quite vague, sorry I don't have any more but I will pass on whatever I fnd out, hopefully soon as this is my current search line.
If you find out or think of any little snip of info that might help perhaps you could email me, do you want me to contact you via the Post message board? or can I email you?
Look forward to hearing from you again, it's nice to have a new family contact.
Love Margaret
