Josef Gabay (aka, Josef Gabaj, Joseph Gabay) and Marya Korabik (aka, Maria or Mary) had 13 children, most born in Chicago. Josef and Marya immigrated from Slovakia (which was then in the Hungarian part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire) to America in about 1886.
