Meaning of the Name "Gaba"

Found a reference in my grandmother's family bible (her mother's maiden name was Nettie Francis Gaba). It was a city near Jerusalem. Was able to locate the following info. It is mentioned several times in the King James version as "Geba".

Biblical reference
Strong's Number: 1387
òáâ (Hebrew)
Pronunciation: Geba` gheh'-bah

Total Occurrences: 19
KJV Word Usage: Geba (13) , Gibeah (4) , Gaba (2)

Definition:
Gaba or Geba or Gibeah =" hill"
1) a city in Benjamin, modern'Jeba' , which stands on the top of a
steep terraced hill, six miles or ten kilometres north east of
Jerusalem and three miles or five kilometres from Gibeah, on the
edge of the Wadi Suweinit looking northward to the opposite
village of ancient Michmash, modern'Mukhmas'

Nettie Gaba had five siblings: John, Jessie, Charley, Hattie David. Has anyone run across any information regarding any of those names? They were from Missouri, I believe. Their parents were Isaac Melvin Gaba and Mary Clementine Dickens, who were married January 19, 1883.

Perhaps some of you may find this to be of interest on the meaning
or origination of the name Gaba. Mine is simply an altered
spelling of the names Gabi and Gaby. My ancestors came from
Switzerland in the mid-18th century as Gabi. In Pennsylvania
it became Gaby. My great-great-grandfather Martin F. eventually
moved into Tennessee and the name started appearing with various
spellings, including Gaba. Gaba apparently became the
permanent spelling for my great-grandfather Joseph.
Gaba. It can be found with my great-great grandfather Martin F. (1797-1875). It seemed to become permanent during the life of my greart-grandfather Joseph (1867-1904). All of his descendants use the "Gaba" spelling.

Joseph:

I grew up in Jackson, TN. My grandfather's half-brother was William Robert.

Earlier this year I began surfing internet sites to build on information contained in a family Bible that was
owned by Martin F. The following is direct lineage information that you may find of interest.

Father: H. L. Gaba (1912-1987), Jackson, TN. He had a brother, J. Raymond of Jackson. A sister in Oregon is
still living.

Grandfather: Charles L. Gaba (1886-1954). Born in Crockett Co., TN, died in Jackson. His wife was Lillian
Pearl Perry.

Great Grandfather: Joseph F. L. Gaby (Gaba). Born in Hawkins Co., TN, died in Crockett Co.

Joseph was married twice.

His first wife was Susan Laman (1862 to 1889). Their children were my GF and James who was born in 1888 but died
as an infant.

Second wife was Mary Susan Leggett, Susan Laman's cousin). Their children were as follows:

Sarah Ann (1892 -1909). Husband Ed G. Johnson.
William Robert (1894 - 1954). Wife Addie Lee Love.
Jesse Gray Gaba (1897 - 1963) Wife Grace Howell.
Francis Martin (1899 - 1952) Wife Lillie Taylor.
Bessie Pearl (1900 - 1927) Husband Claude Gourley

GG Grandfather: Martin F. Gabi (Gaby) (1797 - 1875). In various censuses his name also appears as Gabe, Gabee,
and Gauba. Martin F. was born in either PA or VA, lived in Virginia, and later Washington and Hawkins County, TN.

His first wife was Catherine Nininger (1804-1843). Their children were:

Anna Gaby (1821 - 1855)
Elizabeth Gaby (1822 - )
Mary Magdalen Gaby (1823 - )
Susan F. N. (1825 - ) husband Benjamin Early
John W. Gaby (1828 - 1873) wife Elizabeth Patterson
Charlotte L. Gaby (1829 - ) husband Martin Earley
Catharine Jane Gaby (1831 - ) husband William Patterson
Isaac R. Gaby (1833 - 1880) wives Sallie Earley, Nancy Patton

His second wife was Sarah Himes (1818 - 1885). Their children were:

Elizann Isabel Gaby (1845 - )
Martin A. Gaby(1845 - )
Sara Melvina Gaby (1848 - 1849)
Andrew D. Gaby (1850 - )
Madison Frantz (1852 - 1857) wife Mary J, McMillan
Priscilla L. Gaby (1855 - 1876)

GGG Grandfather: Isaac Gaby (also shows spelling variations similar to Martin F. Apparently he was born in PA
about 1770 to 1780, and died about 1830 - 1840. Later lived in VA. His wife was Magdalena Frantz (Fratz)(1775 - 1858).
In addition to Martin, he had a son named Isaac (1806 - 1876).

GGGG Grandfather: apparently was Martin Gabi (Gaby) (1742 - 1842). Immigrated about 1750. Lived in Berks Co., PA.
Was active in the early Church of the Brethren. Wife was Susanna Price. Isaac was one of twelve children.

GGGG Grandfather apparently was Ulrich Gabi, whose wife was named Maria. They have been identified with the
Wengen/Oberbipp area, a popular tourist spot, north of Bern, Switzerland.

I've managed to pick up some additional information along the way. And I would be interested in whatever you could add.
