My ggg-grandmother Louisa Fullinlove married, had her family and died in Glamorgan. However the 1851 census for Radyr shows her birthplace as LEI SHERNE. She was born somewhere between 18115 and 1820, married in 1839 and died in 1879. I have her marriage cert upon which her father is listed as Joseph, profession gardener. I have consulted the IGI and found a Louisa born in 1816 baptised at Higham on the Hill LEI, parents Joseph & Hannah. The 1851 census has a likely family, the father is a gardener born in Higham but is shown as James. The mother is shown as Hannah. I could put the discrepancy in the father's first name down to transcription from perhaps Jos. or Jas. Does anyone have a hint as to how I might find out if they are the right family?
