Just to be on the safe side, I checked the IGI and there are no Freams in Ireland at the time you are looking for them. With one dubious exception, all the Freams were in a small part of Gloucestershire, around Stroud. Whilst not being an expert on emigration to the States, I would suggest you try to find the name of the ship your ancestor sailed over on (it's likely to be from Bristol). If you already have concrete names and dates, let me know, and I'll see what I can do.
