My dad is the minister at The Hogansburg United Methodist Church in hogansburg, franklin, new york which used to be known as the St. Regis Indian mission of the methodist church. We are researching former pastors. One former pastor was a Carleton J. Frazier who served from 1940-1943. We were wondering if there were any relatives of his still alive who could give us more information and maybe have a picture that they could scan and send to us. thank you.
