Looking for information on the family of George Foster (born abt. 1758 in VA, died 1848 in NC) and Judy (Judith) Purcell (born 1760 in NC). I have them as having 9 children and one of their sons, Augustus W. Foster, is the one I'm interested in. I have an A.W. Foster, born 1792 in either NC or AL that I have been trying to find information on and I'm hoping this is the person I'm looking for. A.W. Foster was my GGG Grandfather and he married Martha Parker.
