"Clinton Forgey, who was born in Union township, Lawrence county, in 1831, died at his home at South Point, Sunday afternoon. He was the father of B. F. Forgey, editor of the Ashland Independent. Revs. John W. Dillon and L. L. Magee will have charge of the funeral services which will take place Tuesday at 9:30 o'clock."
