Robert Milton Ford
ZANESVILLE: Robert Milton Ford, 89, of Zanesville, Ohio died at 8:47 p.m. Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Willow Haven Nursing Home.
He was born on December 13, 1921 in Fultonham, Ohio.
He was the owner and operator of Ford's Flowers for 35 years.
He was a World War II Army veteran.
He was a member of Lodge of Amity #5 F&AM, Order of Eastern Star #485 and a member of Rolling Plains United Methodist Church.
He is survived by one step-daughter, Lynda King; two step-grandchildren; five step-greatgrandchildren; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Julie Morrison.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Lela Ford; his first wife, Kathleen (Stanley) Ford; his second wife, Cordelia Ford; two brothers, Glenn Ford and Myron Ford.
Calling hours will be held from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 5765 Gladstone Dr., White Cottage.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at the funeral home. Dr. Brian Law officiating. Burial will be in Zanesville Memorial Park.
