I'm looking for any information on Twila or her husband Elmer Lawrence Layten that resulted in the birth of Charles Joseph Layten on May 24, 1946 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. She may have married someone with the last name Warner at some point between 1946 - 1964 since in 1964 the son was using the name Joe Warner
