I am seeking information about my great great great grandparents. They were Michael and Catherine (nee Breen) Fitzgerald. They came from Curravough, Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland.

I know they had 6 children; Garret, John, Mary, William, David (born 1850) and Nicholas (born 1855).

I know that David and Nicholas immigrated to New Zealand in 1870 and 1874 respectively. Both David and Nicholas died in Ashburton, New Zealand in 1921.

I also know that David married a Bridget Lousia (born 1858) (nee Buckley) and Nicholas married a Ellen Rose (born1856) (nee Buckley). Bridget and Ellen were sisters.

Any information about the descendants and ancestors of these people would be gratefully appreciate. I am very new at genealogy research so some direction as to where to look even would be greatly appreciated.
