There is quite a bit of information on some of the children, and just a tad on others. I included what was there on George.
You and I have corresponded some years ago. I am also researching a George W. Fisher, born 1800 in (I think!) North Caroline. I had my husband DNA tested and the results showed that he was definitely not German. We had a perfect match with a Fisher living now in California. We have traced our Fishers from Texas, back to Mississippi, possibly Arkansas, and North Carolina. George's eldest son, however, said he was born in Sangamon County, Illinois, in 1823. Unfortunately, nothing matches!!
