Code & Neal Skipper (Lizzie Neal Skipper) had 2 children: Oza F b 20 Mar 1898 and James Curtis b Dec 1885.

Code & Oza F are buried at the "old" Rocky Mount Cemetery, west of Ringgold, Bienville Parish, LA.

20 Aug 1901 in Red River Parish, Lizzie Neal Skipper Fennel is listed as Mrs L N Phenel when she marries for the 2nd time to F E Franklin. This couple is buried at the "current" Rocky Mount Cemetery west of Ringgold, Bienville Parish, LA (the "old" cemetery having been abandoned for the new location for some reason).

Does anyone know anything about this particular family of Fennel/Fennell/Phennels?? I've been told that Code was born in TX.
