I got a notion to search the Boone Co Public Library website and found the data in The Finnell Family by Wm Fitzgerald; also Finnell Family 1 & 2. See Loose Branches also.

In the Fitzgerald data is a page from the bible of Jane Sleet showing Robert's & Franky's children -- no Thomas Dudley. But in Loose Branches, pg 6, shows Thomas as Benjamin F's & Nancy's son; Robert & Benjamin f are brothers.
