John is my 5th great grand dad. He was born in Scotland, I dont know when, he died on 2/20/1879 was buried in Wigetown Scotland. His wifes name was Susan Millar. I do know some of their children. They are, JOSEPH, ANDREW, WILLIAM GEORGE WASHINGTON FERGUSON . wife MARGAREET DALEY FERGUSON. GEORGE WASHINGTONis in my direct line. he margaret were married in scotland then moved to the states. If anyone could help me find out anymore about the FERGUSON line or have any type of historical family info i would really appreciate it. My grand mother wanted to get this done before she died so I took it over to insure that it did but now I'm running into a many oit snare. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
