Fay in Drumconrath, Co Meath, Ireland

Have some information about these Fays from the 1800's to the present especially the descendants of Peter Ray and Kate Foster who resided in NYC in late 1890's. The family business both side of the ocean were owners of Pubs. Seeking any information including marriage ties to McEnteggart, Phillips and Foster and Reilly. Seek new info as well as confirmation of known facts.

Correction to above

Your message did not give much information. How reliable are your sources? I have a Peter Fay in my line (Abt 1870 - 2 Nov 1935), born in Illinois and the son of Peter J. Fay (1838-1908) and Elizabeth McPhillips (1835 - 1917) both born in Ireland and immigrating to Blackstone, MA about 1869. If you want more info, feel free to email.

I saw "Meath Fay" and it struck me that I had neard the name Meath before. I have found some obits and Newspaper clippings having to do with the Meath family.

Some of the names include:

Patrick G Meath (article"Meath Was Remarkable Man") also some obits:

Other names noted: Kate Meath

Mayever Meath

If you know any of these people or have Mead family that would be interested please contact me

Clarification - Meath

There is a misunderstanding. In the prior messages Meath refers to County Meath in Ireland not a family name.
