George Fatzinger 1750

Hi i am searching for more information on my family. Line please no text that are not connected to this message. Thank you
I was working on this line for 12 years got very sick lost connection with those that helped me.
I was wondering if anyone may a break through on the conflict on his wife or possible wives. There have been two surnames Strom/h or Ewaldt/Ewald. First name Dorothy. I believe i found a connect that may take line back to 1600. Just looking for more evidence. Thank you

My name is R. Thomas Fatzinger and I have the information you are requesting. Eva was actually her middle name and you are partially correct in land of origin.
They came from Alasace Providence but during their time of living it was part of Germany. It was deeded to France post WWI and again post WWII where it currently resides.

Lois, I descend from George the immigrant Fatzinger also.
George. wife, son Valentine, dau Eva and maybe dau Margaret born Alsace, not Germany
son Henry (Heinrich) was born in Northampton county Penna

I would like to see the Fatzinger book where is a copy?

who had info on George Fatzinger birthplace maybe Alsace, died abt 1777 Allen Township Northampton Co PA buried Schoenersville cemetery; and his descendants. Seek info for his son Heinrich born abt November 1 1752-54 and the Ohio Facinger/Fatzinger descendants of his.

hi Eva my name is Gladys, I live in California and My father recently died here, he lived all of his life in Guatemala. his father was borned in Alsace and Lorena I believe close to 1990 and he died in Bananera, Guatemala drowned due to a Storm I believe in 1935. I know the last name was changed in Guatemala from Fatzinger/Fatsinger to Singer because people in Guatemala couldn't pronounce it well. I am trying to find out were he came from and my ancestors. I know he own shares from mercedes benz and american fruit co. but we lost them due to a group of lawyers that stole them. please writte me back with more information please. thank you and God bless.

We may have a connection between those lines. I need some datesfrom you on those two. It may take me a little time. I had much of my info on my ibook and it has died on me. I will need to go through what I have on hand by hand. However, I would be glad to do that with the dates you give me and anything else yyou have on them. In the updating of the Fatzinger Family, the author included only members in her father's branch. George Fatzinger came from Romerwiler, Alsace to America in 1750 on the Phoenix. He had md. Dorothy Strohm in Germany, & their daus Eve, Margaret & Magdalena, & sons Henry & Valentine accompained them. Valentine was b. c1740 Germany, he md. Barbara Laury...(6 kids) & Jacob (1777-1852).... Jacob Fatzinger was born in Northampton Co. Pa. 1777 & md. Catharine Steinberger.... The balance of this nice little bbok concerned with the family of Jacob Fatzinger." not my family

I would like to find four sister's that were friends of mine during the early 1970's in Fullerton, California. Their names were Michele ( Mickey ), Sharon, Wanda and Jeanne Fatzinger..
Let me know if you have any info. on them or know of their whereabouts ....I would love to say hello after all these years. Oh yes ...I believe their fathers name was James and they were from Ohio.

As far as I know and I have searched as far back as the c.500. From a book I found the prefix to our name FATZ (GER.) One who teases or irritates others : - )

I am a Fatzinger by birth and have a lot of infomatiom on my lines through the Fatzinger name. Gieger, Steigerwalt, Kroninger, Licthy, and many more! Most of my line is from Germany and yes it is a German name. I have seen it spelled Fotzinger, Fatzinger, Fatsinger, Fatszinger, Fossinger. I am looking for info on Lillian Fatzinger, who was born Oct 3,1873 in Allentown, PA, and died on Dec 17,1929, also in Allentown. She was buried in Greenwood Cemetary, Allentown.She was married to Christian Hildebrand, and they had 6 children:Ralph,b.1894,Helen,Barbara,b.1898,Louis,b.1900, Florence,and Elizabeth May,b.1902. Elizabeth died in 1917 at the age of 15. Christian ran a grocery on Walnut Street for a time, and then went to work as a silk dyer. They lived on Walnut Street for quite a while. Any info is appreciated. Thanks! :)

They lived in Austria, had two daughters, b 1881 1888. She died about 1889, he remarried and emigrated to US about 1902. New wife. daughter and he returned to Europe between 1903-1906. While in US they lived in Western PennsylvaniA. tHe 2 daughters remained in PA, Can anyone help me? BH

This is my direct line. Georg Fatzinger may have married twice or the STROHM\STRUM surname is incorrt. Look for EWALT\D or DEWALT\d. I have been woking on my line for 11+ yrs. I have am looking more at the EWALT surname NOW!

Bradley Curtis Fatzinger, 6-weeks-old son of Alfred C. and Sophie, nee Barrall, Fatzinger, of Green St., Bath, died at 2:30 a.m. Thursday in the Allentown hospital, the day after his admittance. The infant was born Oct. 18 and was baptized last Sunday. Besides the prents, there survive two brothers and two sisters, Donald, Larry, Nancy and Faith. The funeral will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. from the home of the parents with Rev. R. H. Helffrich officiating. Burial in Green Mount cemetery. Viewing Saturday 6-8 p.m.

I am just begiing to follow up on my mother's genealogy charts and am looking for George Fatzinger's parents.

Mother listed George's wife as Dorothy Strohm.

I am new at this business but am looking forward to making some contact that can help me fill in the blanks in the genealogy chart mother left me.
I have a picture of Magdalene Fitzinger, who was married to my Great Great Granfather Michael Weaver, born 1770.
