SIDNEY — Mrs. Alice E. Farrier, 91, a resident at the Skilled Nursing Facility, The Hospital, Sidney, passed away Friday, July 3, 1998, at her residence.
Mrs. Farrier was formerly of Poughkeepsie.
She was born Oct. 27, 1906 in Poughkeepsie. She was the daughter of the late August and Charlotte Tuttle Brenner.
On Nov. 9, 1924, she married John F. Farrier in Poughkeepsie. He predeceased her April 22, 1982.
She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Mrs. Doris Brown of Sidney, Mrs. Deardre and Clifford Goulette of Unadilla; one brother, George Brenner of Poughkeepsie; sister-in-law, Louise Leane of Poughkeepsie; seven grandchildren and families, Mark and Bonnie Lown, Lori Joseph, Pam and Gary Gilbert, Jeffrey and Debbie Goulette, Gail and Jim Delaney and John and Jim Goulette as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 1998 from the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery, Poughkeepsie.
Arrangements are under the direction of the C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main St., Sidney.
