I am a Farrell. Ironically my twin brother's name is Thomas E. Farrell. I've heard that our family came from County Longford, Ireland in the 1700's and settled in NY. (probably The Bronx). My grandfather was John Farrell of Jersey City, NJ and he had several brothers and sisters. If he were alive today, he'd be about 116 years old. My dad (William J. Farrell) passed away at the age of 82 in 2005.
