I am attempting to track down a brother I never met and always wanted. My father was married before he and my mother married. I wasn't close to him and didn't really know him growing up, so most of my information is sketchy and has been provided by his family and my mother.

All I know is that he was born before my sister and I (she was '76, I was '80), our father's name was Daniel Patrick Farrell, his mother's name MAY have been Sandra or Sandi. He was either born in California or moved there shortly after the divorce. His name may have been changed, to what I don't know. We are from Chicago.

Other family names on our father's side include Merrick, Schlect, Shockley, Letman, Benner, Pedersen....I'm sure there are a few more which I cannot recall atm.
